Item was described as "New Open Box", which I do not believe was entirely accurate. The condition of the ink pad indicates that it had been used to at least some extent. The item was, however, in perfect working order and functions as it should. Everything pictured in the listing was included and accurately reflected the item's condition. Seller shipped the item within a few days and I received it just under a week later. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again.
