Professionally cleaned. No stains, animal or smoke. No holes or tears. Colorful. Knotted upon two foundation layers, double tied knots, about 200 per square inch per layer for 400 effective. There is some antique wear or low pile over the century; buy if ok and wanting a beautiful, fine quality, old world affect. Tonal color variations from organic dye oxidation over the century called 'abrash' by curators and collectors giving lighter and darker shades of red or blue as seen in photos. A real antique in clean condition, large, with charming distressed beauty of a bygone area, at a value price.
