Royal Mail let us both down. The package was correctly addressed, sent on time but my package was loaded on the wrong plane, to Dublin where it stayed for 24 days. In the end, our joint efforts lead to it after several e-mails that it was eventually forwarded to the Netherlands. so I now own it. In my previous feedback I gave 2 stars for shipping but that was for Royal Mail. Now 5 stars for the seller. I wholeheartedly recommend this seller, quick acting, good communication and honest as gold.
