The bobblehead looked as if it was brand new. It was shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. I thought from the photo that it was a male Sailor, but it turned out to be female, so I indicated in my review that I was neutral on the purchase. The seller contacted me immediately and offered to refund my money. The seller s price was very fair and he/she tried to make me happy with the purchase so I m satisfied with the transaction. No refund necessary because I feel partially responsible.
