Picture was packaged poorly and came completely destroyed. It was framed with glass and packaged with just cardboard. No newspaper, No bubble wrap, nothing to secure the picture. Communication was ok and I was also refunded but less than what I paid when asking for the full amount. I wouldn't recommend buying anything fragile from this seller.

The buyer AGREED to a partial refund, hoping to get the item repaired or reframed. We've shipped hundreds of similar items, and almost never have a problem unless the carrier is very rough, which unfortunately can't be prevented. I bought a Coleman lantern and it was exactly as described. Packaging was the best that I've ever seen. Usually the glass globe breaks while shipping but the seller packaged it like it was an egg in a rock tumbler. I am extremely happy and would buy from this seller again.
