The item was shipped promptly, in a bubble-wrapped and secured box for shipping. Unfortunately, though the description stated "new and undamaged", the item itself was damaged, old and sticky from what looks to be improper storage, and still wet in some places, very clearly not from shipping. Disappointing, but I'm happy to say they took care of it, communication was fast, easy, and service was excellent.
