I was cheated out of $33 and $12 postage. All the fabric on both handles is ripped away from the straps. Shredded threads hang everywhere. Neither pictures nor description on the listing mentioned this. I deserve a full refund from eBay and the seller. Must get rid of purse immediately since thread and fabric are shedding all over my home. Process full refund immediately and I will happily adjust the review accordingly.
