dmk_kak was excellent to do business with. My purchase included 2 small cast iron skillet ash trays. When packed for shipping they were intact. When they arrived one had a broken handle. I notified the seller simply to make them aware. The reply to my message said they were sincerely sorry and that half of my expenses were already refunded. Refunding was never asked for but was appreciated. If able to do so I would buy from them again. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
