The bag was delivered within 2 days of ordering, but the shoulder strap was missing. I contacted the company by email on the Friday. They responded the following Monday, apologised and confirmed this would be sent on separately. I received the shoulder strap 2 days later. Pleased with the bag for the price, compared to other similar ones on the market 😊
