Cheap as can be - the lock would not operate from the start. had to put WD-40 and still was difficult to operate. Threw it in the garbage! Don't want any reimbursement or contact. Should not sell such poor quality items. Paul

This is a ridiculous comment and almost laughable! Have been selling these locks for over 25 years with no problems and zero complaints until now of course. We also sell high end grab or box locks as well. Also, we have a furniture manufacturer who buys 200 of this particular lock several times a year so there ya go!!
