Very fair, very responsive, very quick, great service. This item arrived way before I expected it, so even though the shipping cost was a bit high, it was worth it to get the item so quickly. The sheet set was listed as used condition, but it didn't have an odor or any signs of wear except one of the sheets had a hole in it that the seller was unaware of. When I contacted him, he made it right and was more than fair about the situation. I'd absolutely purchase from this seller again.
