What a delightful and helpful seller of beautiful clocks. The clock we purchased came very well packed a photo was sent of the item placed in the box with soft plastic packaging and bubble wrap. There were a few questions to ask he was very quick nd pleasant with his replies. Would highly recommend if you ae looking for an old clock in good condition. The clock ticks away well if on level service, has a ring on hr & half hr.. Post costs reasonable item was vey heavy believe me. Thanks
