Item is as described and shipped with above and beyond careful packing. Arrived in excellent shape especially considering the USPS missent it to another state and it has a lot of unnecessary miles on it. The address was correct so it was simply a post office goof. I’m a recently retired carrier and this knocked my pride down a couple notches. Great seller, bad Post Office, cool toaster!

Sorry, my experience wasn’t positive, but your site doesn’t allow negative feedback for 7 days and I needed to notify you immediately that it broke in the mail. I just got it last night. Your double boxed proses didn’t have enough packing to keep it from breaking. Please respond and tell me when you intend to refund my money and what you want me to do twitch the remains.
