Ruffini pot came in a damaged box but pot and lid were well bubble wrapped. The pot was as described and pictured but the lid had dents that were not shown in the pics. When I spoke with seller they apologized and offered to refund some of the purchase price enough to make up for the dents. Their immediate response and refund was appreciated. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
