Beth is a great seller and a very nice person. In spite of the best packing job I have ever seen and no sign of any abuse or shipping damage, my item arrived broken. It turned out to be a clean break in a place that could be repaired invisibly. I notified Beth but indicated that I would keep and repair the item but wanted to let her know what had happened. She immediately offered to refund the entire amount. I replied that was not necessary, but she did it anyway! Fantastic customer care!
